Soulful business - #11 - Eva van Rikxoort - CEO and Founder Thirona

A real power lady, Eva van Rikxoort, PhD, CEO and founder of the fast-growing and innovative company Thirona. Thirona is a company that by using AI (artificial intelligence) helps the doctor in the hospital to be a doctor again. AI is not scary as many people think but rather ensures that patients get the optimal treatment!

Starting as a start-up with a small, close-knit group, the company is now a scale-up, and that requires a lot of Eva's leadership. How does Eva grow in her role as CEO? How does she work on inspiration?

It seems like everything comes flying at Eva. In our conversation I soon discover that she is intuitively strong, shows herself vulnerable very easily and learns quickly. In America, she gained her first work experience and learned a lot. An important insight is that having success is not dirty. And to think big above all. She does! In all modesty, that is. What that means and which letter of the COCKTAIL method tastes best to her, you can hear in this podcast Soulful Business.
